Common Causes
Your computer stores temporary records of website addresses in a local DNS cache to help pages load faster. Occasionally, this cache can become outdated or corrupted, causing websites to fail to load, show old content, or display errors after a server IP address has changed. Clearing your DNS cache forces your device to request fresh DNS information the next time you visit a site.

- Flush your DNS cache using the instructions below for your operating system.
- Restart your web browser and try loading the website again.

Troubleshooting
Website still not loading after flushing DNS
- Restart your computer to ensure all network settings refresh completely.
- Power cycle your router by switching it off, waiting 30 seconds, and switching it back on.
- Try accessing the website in a private or incognito browser window.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies in addition to your system DNS cache.
- Check whether other devices on the same network can access the site. If they cannot, the issue may be with your internet connection or the website itself.
DNS changes can take time to propagate across the internet. If a website has recently moved to a new server, it may take several hours for the update to reach all Australian ISPs.
