Detailed Instructions

Tip: To save an email as a file in Outlook, open the message, select File > Save As, and choose Outlook Message Format from the file type dropdown.

Troubleshooting

I cannot log in to the support portal

If you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account, contact your organisation's administrator for assistance.

I accidentally clicked a link in the email

Caution: If you entered your username or password after clicking a link in a suspicious email, your account may be compromised. Change your password immediately and Open a Ticket so our team can secure your account.

How to forward the email safely

If you are asked to forward the email rather than attach it, create a new message and attach the suspicious email as an item. Do not simply forward the email as text, as this can remove important header information needed for analysis.

Remember: 220 Internet Services will never ask for your password via email. If you receive an email requesting your login credentials, treat it as a phishing attempt.
