Step 2: Ensure You’re Using the Correct Portal URL

  1. Check your company's intranet bookmark.
  2. Common portal URLs include:
    • portal.company.com
    • intranet.company.com
    • hr.company.com
    • mycompany.com
  3. Verify you are using the correct address.

Step 3: Try a Different Browser and Clear Cache
