Solutions
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
- Try loading a public website (e.g.,
google.com). - If you can't, troubleshoot your internet connection first.
- Ensure you're not on a guest Wi‑Fi network.
Step 2: Ensure You’re Using the Correct Portal URL
- Check your company's intranet bookmark.
- Common portal URLs include:
- portal.company.com
- intranet.company.com
- hr.company.com
- mycompany.com
- Verify you are using the correct address.
Step 3: Try a Different Browser and Clear Cache
